Sol^Arc was licensed by the California state license board in 1999 as a general building contractor. It is a sole proprietorship business owned by James Ray Stinnett who has been active in the construction trades for over 25 years. Stinnett has done all phases of construction from commercial to residential and has specialized as a custom craftsman for many years. His special interest in solar and natural construction goes back to research he began in the1970's.
